A. Refund Policy on single order from website
- In order to place order in our website, we highly recomend you to first read our terms and conditions, If order placed unexpedtedly and you already maked a payment for order, and want to cance, please cancel within one hour, you will get refund of the order.
B. Refund Policy on damaged delivery
- In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.
- If a customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 150/- has to be paid as a replacement charge inside Dhaka and if out of Dhaka, only the Courier charge is applicable, it can take 7 to 10 days to complete the process.
